It was during the summer that Joann's had a fabulous sale on their fleece yardage. This stuff was really, really soft and cuddly, although nowhere near as good as Minkee Blankee. I decided that I would make my 3 daughters a fleece throw .... big enough to cover them while they are in a chair or wrap around themselves. Furthermore, I would actually use my embroidery machine for embellishment! Oh gosh! A real project!
As usual, these blankets presented some Real Life Learning Experiences. [sigh]
Since I ended up making quite a few blankets, I've decided to make each blanket their own page, rather than having this page be humungously large with both pictures and text.
